If you’re over 40 and you’ve been trying to eat better, exercise more and make healthier choices—but you still feel like you’re starting over—you are not alone.
Maybe the answer isn’t doing more. Maybe it’s understanding which change is likely to have the biggest impact first.
In less than 3 minutes, this free Women’s Health Assessment will give you personalised insights to help you understand what’s really going on—and where to begin.
The decision to stop guessing.
Lasting change begins when you decide to take the first step.
Why this assessment is different
For years, I believed I needed a better plan—another diet, more exercise, another promise that this time would be different.
I was putting in the effort, but I always seemed to end up back where I started.
It changed because I made a decision—and I acted on it.
I stopped waiting for Monday, January or the perfect plan. On 19 May 2024, I took the first step, even though I did not yet know what lasting change would look like.
As I learned more about nutrition, habits, hormones and lifestyle, I began to understand what genuinely supported me.
I realised that lasting change does not come from trying to do everything. It comes from understanding where to begin—and taking action.
That is why I created this assessment: not to give you another plan, but to help you understand what may be influencing how you feel and discover a realistic place to begin.
