The Nourished Life Assessment
You've been trying your best with the information you've had. In around 5 minutes, this assessment helps you understand what your body may need now — and where to begin.
What worked before may not be what your body needs today.
For women who are done with guessing and ready to understand their body.
Sound familiar?
You avoid the biscuits and reach for the low-fat yogurt. You feel guilty when you eat something "bad." You've tried cutting things out, eating less, pushing through the 3pm slump on willpower alone.
And you still feel exhausted, foggy and nowhere near your best.
Here's what nobody tells you: the cycle of restriction, guilt and starting again on Monday isn't a willpower problem. It's an information problem. Most of what the food industry labels as "healthy" isn't. And diets built on cutting things out don't work — not because you lack discipline, but because they're fighting against your biology.
Feeling well at 40, 50 and beyond isn't about eating less or trying harder. It's about understanding how food, sleep, stress and movement work together in your body — and building habits that support you instead of depleting you. That understanding is what changes everything.
Which specific habits are quietly draining your energy, mood and weight — and why you've felt stuck no matter how hard you try.
How food, sleep, stress and movement are connecting — or working against each other — in your actual life right now.
2–3 evidence-based insights shaped by your hormonal stage and your answers — not advice designed for everyone else.
One clear starting point so change feels achievable — not another overwhelming list of things you should be doing differently.
What the research tells us
Research increasingly shows that food, sleep, stress and movement do not work independently.
They influence each other every day.
Understanding those connections may be the key to understanding why you feel the way you do.

Who I am & why this matters to me
"For most of my adult life, I believed the problem was me."
I trained five, six, seven times a week from childhood — martial arts, from an early age. The discipline was bone-deep. And yet in my twenties I developed an eating disorder — starving, bingeing, restricting, starting again. Not because I was weak. Because nobody had ever taught me what food actually did.
I yo-yo'd through my thirties and forties, always obsessed, always guilty, never understanding why the weight wouldn't stay off no matter how hard I trained. I went through menopause without understanding that food, sleep and movement could have supported me through it. I just gritted my teeth and got on with it — not knowing there was another way.
By my early fifties I was training twice a day, had IBS, chronic headaches, and a confidence I couldn't explain losing. I was a wilting wallflower in my own life.
At 55 I stopped trying to fix my body and started understanding it. I gave up alcohol. I cured my IBS. The depression I'd carried for decades lifted. I rebuilt my identity from the ground up — and I'm stronger, clearer and more myself at 57 than at any point in my life. Not because I found more willpower. Because I finally had the right information.
